INSIS : pressure sensors for hostile environments (09/2013)

Researchers of GREMAN (CNRS/Université François Rabelais Tours/ENI Val de Loire/CEA Le Ripault) in collaboration with those of CRHEA (CNRS) successfully developped, for the first time, a SiC/Si/SiC stack on a silicon substrate, by the technique of low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD).

INP : a condensate of polaritons at room temperature (07/2013)
