EDUROAM project

EDUROAM aims to provide secure wireless access to the Internet, to students and staff of higher education and research institutions while on the move. It covers most European countries and some Asia / Pacific / Americas countries. All the information about the EDUROAM project is on: www.eduroam.org and more precisely for France on www.eduroam.fr. The authentication infrastructure implemented is based on the 802.1X standard and uses the RADIUS protocol. This ensures a high level of security as well as the confidentiality of the data.
