⋄ Missions
The main missions of the infrastructure service are:
- Preventive and curative maintenance of technical installations (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cold units, air handling units, chilled water network ...)
- Building maintenance and the guarantee of good operational functioning
- The transformation of experimental rooms according to needs, which can lead to major projects combining structural work, renovation of electrical installations, distribution of gas and cooling water, plumbing, adaptation of ventilation etc.
- Monitoring of the security and anti-intrusion system
- Reception and coordination of the work of external companies called to intervene at CRHEA
- Optimizing the overall energy consumption of the building
- Liaison and coordination with the Technical and Logistics Department of the CNRS regional delegation
